Jeff Chojnacki Residential was established by its principal and owner, Jeff Chojnacki, to provide total turnkey capabilities in all phases of the envisioning, design, construction and interior design process. He has a strong belief that the most succesful projects are a true reflection of the client and their lifestyle.

Mr. Chojnacki's background includes the conceptual development, planning, layout, design and interior design of numerous residential projects, including new custom homes and major residential renovation projects. Our commercial work, includes working with developers of multi family projects in determining the overall design scheme and color palates for their projects, both exterior and interior. Our capabilities in creating a vision for our clients is what sets us apart.
